All Set Surfaces:
Our Story & Experience
From COIT cleaning & Restoration to All Set Surfaces Los Angeles
Serving Los Angeles & Surrounding areas
All Set Surfaces may be a new name but the experience behind it has been built over decades.
Long before All Set Surfaces was created, the founder (Heston Hughes) spent years working as one of the top technicians with COIT, Los Angeles, providing professional cleaning and restoration services to residential and commercial customers throughout the Los Angeles area.
His experience went far beyond traditional carpet, cleaning and deep cleaning. He was not only COIT's main stone refinishing technician, he was also one of the few technicians that had mastered all the services offered and more.
He became an expert in fine fabrics and natural stone surfaces.
From carpet and area rugs to upholstery, drapes, sofas, tile, and grout, natural stone, and commercial cleaning, years spent working in customers, homes and businesses provided the foundation that would eventually become All Set Surfaces.
From COIT cleaning & restoration came refinishing, cleaning, protecting, & restoration for every surface
Throughout Heston's years with COIT Los Angeles, Heston became especially known among customers for handling jobs requiring more specialized knowledge and his drive to go above and beyond...
Customers were requesting additional services that COIT did not offer such as: repairing damaged stone floors or countertops, or re-caulking bathtubs & showers. Customers wanted the water spots buffed out off their shower doors, and the baseboards cleaned after polishing their stone floors...
Many customers would tell Heston he should start a business of his own so he could preform all services.
For years he stayed with COIT LA...
Then everything changed...
When COIT Los Angeles Closed, a New Chapter Began
When the former COIT Los Angeles operation closed, its entire staff, including technicians and management – was laid off.
Employees who wanted to continue with COIT were given the opportunity to reapply with the COIT Riverside franchise, which would serve the LA region from Riverside.
For Heston, the closure created a different opportunity.
Years of encouragement from customers in Los Angeles, one of COIT Los Angeles's top technicians decided it was finally time to build a company they had been telling him to start.
A company that could address every surface in their home and business.
All Set Surfaces was born.
Instead of stopping at cleaning, we wanted customers to have one experienced company capable of cleaning, restoring, repairing, protecting, refinishing, and maintaining virtually every surface in their home or business.
More Than A Cleaning Company
All surfaces compliment each other. ...each surface requires special care.
Every surface in a space works together to create a finished look. A beautifully polished travertine floor should be complimented by a clean, fluffy, protected carpet, refreshed, upholstery, spotless, glass, clean, grout, polished countertops, and detailed baseboards. Each material requires its own specialized care, but no surface stands alone. That's why All Set Surfaces brings fabric, stone, tile, wood, glass, carpet, upholstery, drapes, and surrounding finishes together – so the entire space feels clean, restored, protected, and beautifully finished.
